Slight delay from scheduled time but otherwise excellent experience. My second appointment with Collins and very impressed with staff. They to an individual - receptioniist, technician, and dentist - were both extremely professional and exceptionally courteous. Love my new dental clinic!!!!

I came into the office last week to have tooth checked for a crown and as a potential new patient. Every staff member was so polite and made me feel truly welome and respected. I was shown the office -wonderfully equipped with the latest equipment, and immaculate. I have never had so many exams, and Dr. Collins review of my teeth and his suggestions for my treatment were appreciated. Absolutely no pressures were given, and obviously patient satisfaction is important. You all are wonderful - above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for. Thank you, thank you so much.

Excellent - Broke a tooth. Was able to have cap on in two days, one visit. Cap made right in the office. Doesn't get any better than this.

My visit to the office was great. All the assistants and everyone working there always have a smile on their face. They all seem to love and enjoy what they do. Great personalities.

I have been a patient for many years and have always been satisfied with the quality of care and the efficiency of the practice.
Too often medical and dental offices appear inefficient to the patient and don't honor the patients time. My experience is that this is not the case for Collins Dental. I am called within minutes of my appointment time and the office communication results in Dr. Collins coming in very soon after my routine cleaning work is completed. The office maintains modern up to date equipment, the dentistry is top notch and the staff is couteous and efficient.

Although I was just in for a cleaning I had a very amazing conversation with Jamie. She was very informative, friendly and extremely helpful with my questions. She helped me more than anyone ever has and I have been a patient for about 10 years now. I loved getting to talk with her and hope to have her more in the future she is a great person! Wonderful people from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk (Leigh Anne), the hygienist (Jamie), and the dentist (Dr. Reiter) were all very friendly, professional, excellent at their job, and made me feel right at home. Would strongly recommend this office to anyone.

I can truly say that before I came to Dr. Collins I was afraid of the dentist. I was very nervous my first visit and the team members were so gentle and understanding of my fears. You and your staff are totally amazing. A trip to the dentist is never a favorite or a fun thing for most people. I have had many terrible experiences with dentist in the past. My nerves normally get the best of me by the time I step into one of your treatment rooms.
This was a very pleasant experience for me today. Everyone was so professional and caring. Your staff definitely lives up to the Purpose which you have posted in your treatment rooms. There was no pain incurred during the installation of my crown. Once relaxed, I felt as though I was visiting my favorite spa.

Dr. Collins dental office is absolutely fantastic. Each and every worker is there to help you even in the smallest dental matter. To the perfectionist that I am, my teeth have always been a point of concern. Upon getting my porcelain veneers they worked with me until I was completely satisfied. They helped me with wonderful support and a real desire to make me happy along with a true joy in helping me achieve my dental perfection.
