Service was good. Not happy with the fact that making the appointment we had coupons for $79 and we also filled out forms on computer for the lower first visit $$ amount and was charged more. I guess having insurance changed the coupon value.
We thought we were in network with ourinsurance and apparently we weren't so everything cost more. Cost too high even with insurance.

I visited Collins Dental for a routine cleaning, check up, and had an excellent experience. Their staff impressed me as a team, and their skill level showed by how quickly and efficiently I went through the intake, and cleaning process. I would have been writing only praise for Collins Dental.
However, I am very disappointed that when everything was said, and done. I learned that your company was not a preferred provider. Even though when I called in and discussed coming in for a cleaning your staff assured me that my insurance is "accepted."
To add insult to injury, your staff did not even apologies and stated that I should have asked if they were a "contracted" or "preferred" with my insurance company or looked us up on your insurance website before coming into the office.
Now I am stuck paying a bill my insurance company would have covered and having to find another Dentist, spend even more money than I would have done otherwise.
Going forward, I will never use your services again as any organization that will hold back important information like this from their patients, and then patronize their client as I was for being unfamiliar with insurance, deserves no second chances in my book.
To those reading this feedback please be cautious and always check with your insurance provider for confirmation on coverage before going to a new Dentist. I learned a lesson today, one that I will never forget!

I always hated going to the dentist, but not anymore. Dr. Collins and team are so helpful and friendly. Very honest and pain free.

My family and I tried Collins Dental after we received a coupon in the mail for a free whitening with new patient exam. At the time, I was not looking for a new dentist, but after the experience I had I will never go anywhere else. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable; and they make the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I recommend Collins Dental to everyone I know!

I was very pleased with the staff at Collins Dental especially Jamie the hygienist. Matthew has had a few bad experiences with other hygienist at other dentist I took him. Jamie was very compassionate and understanding when I explained to her. Matthew told me he loved our new Dentist. Thank you so much.

I arrived late to my appointment(25 minutes) I was totally frazzled. I got lost on the way. The staff was overly friendly, they made me feel very comfortable,relaxed and welcome. The cleaning that I recieved was not Rushed,since I was the last of the day,Very thorough. My teeth look awsome! Dr. Collins is very warm and Friendly.The office is over the top clean. I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a change or relocating from another area. Thanks to all!

After enduring a traumatic experience getting a crown, when I went to
Collins dental and was told I had to get another crown I was very anxious.
However, the exprience was one which I totally felt taken care of and it
was the best procedure I would have ever imagined. The staff was superberb
and now have a real dental service.

I can truly say that before I came to Dr. Collins I was afraid of the dentist. I was very nervous my first visit and the team members were so gentle and understanding of my fears. This was a very pleasant experience for me today. Everyone was so professional and caring. Your staff definitely lives up to the Purpose which you have posted in your treatment rooms. There was no pain incurred during the installation of my crown. Once relaxed, I felt as though I was visiting my favorite spa.

Dr. Collins dental office is absolutely fantastic. Each and every worker is there to help you even in the smallest dental matter. To the perfectionist that I am, my teeth have always been a point of concern. Upon getting my porcelain veneers they worked with me until I was completely satisfied. They helped me with wonderful support and a real desire to make me happy along with a true joy in helping me achieve my dental perfection.
