Angela attended Lincoln Technical Institute, where she graduated with honors and her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting certification. She is a native Floridian and grew up locally. She has two daughters and enjoys the beach, going to the movies
and spending time with her family.
Ashley Burchfield

Ashley has been working in dentistry since 2003. She graduated from Valencia College and received her Expanded Functions certification with honors from Americare School. She has worked for Collins Dental for 6 years. Ashley is a native Floridian and graduated from Winter Park High School. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her family, playing with her dogs, kayaking, fashion, traveling the world, and any kind of sports - especially Florida Gator football!
Jessica Adler Gerring

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Jessica was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Allegheny College in Pennsylvania with a BA in Journalism and worked as a reporter before moving to Florida in 2008. She received her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification from Central Florida Institute, where she graduated top of her class. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog, ballroom dancing, reading, fashion, traveling and being active in her community.
Karen Ruperto
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Karen began her dental career in 1983 when she graduated with honors from Hillcrest High School Dental Assisting Program in New York City. She moved to Florida in 1996 and earned her Florida Certification for Expanded Functions. Karen has worked at
Collins Dental since 2008. She is a mother of three children: Jonathan 24, Alyssa 21, and Eric 15. In her spare time Karen enjoys ballroom dancing, walking her dog Samson, volunteering at her church, and exercising.
Leigh Anne Gonzalez
Patient Care Coordinator
Leigh Anne has been in the dental field since 2005. She received her AS degree in Natural Health in 1999. Leigh Anne is an Orlando native and graduated from Lake Brantley High School. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time
with her dog, Xena. She also enjoys traveling the country with her loved ones.
Renee Edwards
Registered Dental Hygienist
Renee has been in dentistry since 1987. She was a dental assistant for 12 years and went back to school for her Dental Hygiene degree at Valencia Community College. She has been a hygienist for 10 years. She has two children, Joe and Brittney. Her hobbies include scrap booking and decorating, as well as gardening. Dentistry is her true passion. She would not trade her career for anything.
Sarah Barry
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sarah has been in the dental field since 2004. She received her A.A. and A.S. degrees from Valencia Community College. Sarah is an Orlando native, specifically Oviedo, and graduated from Oviedo High School. She enjoys going to concerts, going to
sporting events, traveling and, most of the time, spending time with her loved ones. Sarah was married in October 2010.
Jamie Fernandez
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jamie has been a dental hygienist since 2008. She is an Oviedo native and graduated from Oviedo High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 2006 and Associate of Science degree in Hygiene from Tallahassee Community College in 2008. Jamie enjoys spending time with family, friends and her Australian Shepherd, Ace.
Dianne Blue
Patient Care Coordinator and
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Dianne graduated Orlando Voe-Tech Dental Assisting program in 1987. She is married to Danny, and together they have four children: Ryan 32, Britni, 26, Adam 20 & Kevin 16. They also have one grandson, Giann, who is 3 years old. On her days off, she enjoys enjoy family time, traveling, going to the beach and spending time with her girlfriends!
